How does a project start?
With a free consultation. We map the problem, agree the scope in writing, and only then quote. No charge until the scope is signed.
Who owns the code?
You do. On final payment the source code, documentation and all intellectual property in what we built transfer to you.
How is payment staged?
In stages, usually 50/50 or 30/40/30. The split is negotiable and written into the contract. Longer engagements move to monthly invoicing.
What do you need from us?
Just your requirements and any reference material you have. It's fine if things aren't organised yet — we shape them together in the consultation.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before the first technical conversation if you prefer. Send yours or use ours.
What happens after launch?
Fourteen days of free maintenance are included for anything we built. After that, a monthly retainer if you want us on call — optional, never automatic.
