Four steps. No surprises.
What happens at each step, what we need from you, and what you receive — so you always know where the project stands.
Step 1: Free consultation
We listen first. You explain the idea or the problem in your own words, and we ask the questions that turn it into something buildable.
Free · no obligationWhat happens
- You send a few lines through the enquiry form, email or phone
- We reply within one working day
- A short call or email exchange about goals, users and timing
What we need from you
- What you want to build or fix
- Any deadline or budget you have in mind
What you get
- A clear picture of the simplest way to get there
- An NDA first, if you want one
Step 2: Scope & quote
We write down exactly what will be built, when and for how much. Nothing is charged until you have read it and signed it.
Written before any workWhat happens
- We list the screens and features, and what can wait for later
- We propose the schedule and the price
- We adjust together until it fits
What we need from you
- One decision-maker who can approve the scope
- Access to the people who know the current process
What you get
- A written scope, schedule and quote
- A payment plan in three stages: 30 / 40 / 30
Step 3: Design & build
We design the screens, get your approval, then build. You see the product take shape and review it before the second payment.
Your review at each stageWhat happens
- Screen design, reviewed and approved by you
- Development of the approved screens and features
- A build review where you try the product
What we need from you
- Feedback on the designs
- Content such as text, images and accounts
What you get
- Approved designs before code is written
- A working product to review mid-project
Step 4: Launch & support
We test everything, launch it and hand over the code and documents. Support for anything we built is included for 30 days.
30 days support includedWhat happens
- Testing before release
- Deployment — or App Store and Google Play release for apps
- Handover of the repository and documentation
What we need from you
- Final approval to go live
- Access to hosting or store accounts where needed
What you get
- Full source code and all rights
- 30 days of support, then optional monthly maintenance

Before you start.
How long does a project take?
It depends on size, and the schedule is agreed in the written scope. Projects in our portfolio have taken anywhere from about two weeks to ten months.
Will we see progress while it's being built?
Yes. Screens are designed and approved before development starts, and there is a build review before the second payment — so you never pay for work you haven't seen.
What do you need from us?
One decision-maker who can approve scope, and access to the people who understand the current process. That is genuinely most of it.
What technology do you use?
Whatever fits the project and is easy to maintain. Recent projects used React for the web, React Native and Flutter for apps, Python, Node.js and Django on the server, and PyTorch for AI work.
What do we receive at the end?
The working product, the full source code repository and its documentation — everything you need to run it yourself or hand it to another team.
